Antique Vtg Clipper Belt Lacer Co. Belt Splicer, Vice Lacer, 22 No. 1 Belt Hooks.
This set is as found. Included we have the belt splicer, vice lacer and 22 belt hooks. As seen in photos, the belt splicer is rusted but the vice lacer is in rather good condition for the age and belt hooks also have some rust to them.
