    Hydrualic Guide Rail Cargo Lift Elevator.   Local pick up..
    Jinan Hontylift brand.  Ideal for warehouse or beach house.  Lift speed is 4 metres per minute.  Lift capacity 1.7 tons.   Three storey about 22 or 23 feet high when erected.
    Has two long hydraulic pistons. And all parts to erect fully functional elevator.  Extra seals.  Will require welding or bore holes and fit connector plates to beams.
    Note:  There is some surface rust as manufacturer did not use primer paint.  And there are two instruction videos on YouTube available to view.
    Read over the manufacturer plate stencils to get more specifics on the Elevator.  I've owned thIs for 6 years.
    220 V with control boxes and limit switches.
    Strip old paint and apply primer and chosen topcoat paint.   7 'X 7' FLAT BED TRAILER NOT INCLUDED AS LIFT TABLE IS ON IT.   TRAILER IS AVAILABLE FOR PURCHASE.
